The Survey Monkey pop-up

This is a test page for the Survey Monkey pop-up.

The pop-up is used to guide participants to our survey.

If the pop-up does not show up for you delete your cookies for this page or open the URL in a 'private/incognito' window.

The functionality is as follows:

• It will link to the default language of the Survey Monkey surrvey. Users can use the language selector on the survey to seleft their preferred language.
• If someone clicks the yes button, the user is taken to the survey linked behind it.
• If someone clicks the no button, a cookie is set and the user will not see the pop-up again on any page.
• If someone clicks on the cross (lnkClose in the code), a cookie is set and the user will not see the pop-up again on any page.
